I didn't really read the comic but from what I see in the gallery and in that one page I actually did (the latest one as of this post). It's about a couple of people using a latex wolf suit and figuring out on how it works. I think the main character does turn into her suit based on that one page http://www.furaffinity.net/view/26895980/ but for now it seems like they're still trying to understand how the suit works.
