As if Marvel stole directly from some FMG fanart I've seen, they are actually going What If? shorts that include, in one case, if Peggy Carter had gotten the serum instead of Steve Rogers.
Worth keeping an eye on, although I'm willing to doubt they will be showing the actual process. If it's anything like the movie, it will happen inside the tank without seeing anything.
Still, worth looking at for some nice before/after.
