Looks like old.bearchive.com done gone and got itself retired. Supposedly BEAddventure is still up, you just have to register at
http://bearchive.com/ to not get 403ed.
Now, if you will ever get the confirmation email to actually make registration possible is the question, given the other posters in this thread talking about their issues with bearchive. I haven't tried yet.
