So far it looks like they are dead on nailing the feel of the 80s comic, and there Wolfsbane shapeshifted pretty quickly. Outside flashbacks to her first transformation or horrific hallucinations (not holding my breath) I expect the movie to follow suit.
In the 80s comics she did not wear clothes in her hybrid or wolf forms, so partial or implied nudity is at least possible, but since they're shooting for PG-13 I doubt there'd be anything beyond that.
