There are TFish elements in the upcoming game called Slitterhead.
I watched a playthrough of it and there are 3 girls I saw that have.
It's a bloody body horror take on TF so fair warning if that isn't your thing.
One is in the beginning of the game; an unnamed Love Hotel worker who has 2 cutscenes with her head transforming and an in-game Mantis TF.
Later on near the end of the game there are 2 girls name Lisa and Michelle. That have their own individual boss fight transformation cutscenes.
