This episode doesn't have any on screen growing, but lots of post-growth stuff. The episode follows a normally very small chested ninja (Satoko) who got grabbed fan servicely by a multi-armed science thing. Not long later Satoko is speaking with her scientist friend (who made the arm thing) and they notice Satoko is a fair bit bigger. Satoko then agrees to test it some more for a few days, and we cut away to her returning much bigger. She spends the rest of the episode at this size and the last line of the episode Satoko gets off the phone with her scientist friend who says there is no way to turn them back to normal so there is a chance she'll spend some of next episode that busty too.
