The cat drinks it and initially gets bigger and meaner-looking but then *pop pop fizzle* shrinks until he's no bigger than the mouse. The mouse knocks him on his back and *pop pop fizzle* the cat shrinks to half his size. One last smack from the mouse and the cat's turned bug-size, and the mouse chases him offscreen with a swatter or some such.
