Just scrolling down to the bottom of that imdb listing, you can see that it's an Exiram production. Exiram has been a part of the community for years, and has been making content for a while, with aims on increasingly ambitious projects. Unfortunately, he hasn't been able to really gain the traction that he's hoped for.
He's produced a number of transformation/were-creature clips, and a handful of short films, but the quality leaves a bit to be desired in most of them.
