I think subtitles are a mute point to the context of the video. He is obviously saying he dates women with bigger chests then hers. When he goes to leave she tells him of this weird condition she has. Then goes on to demonstrate since he does not believe her. When he sees the results he encourages her to go on since he want them bigger.
