In Korean manhwa called Warble, a girl talks about how a superpower-giving app has made her more beautiful, stronger and smarter. This happens in chapter 2. There are no other improvements on people as far as I've read (chapter 36).
EDIT: i've read up 100 chapters so far and there are no other changes, the manhwa itself is still a good read
