Cool find, briefly went through it, snapped a few pictures while I was at it.

Story from what I can tell is that her family has always had a lot of muscle mass and is really strong and she wants to be normal, so a family friend or relative invents some devices that make her appear normal.

there isn't any process, she changes into her muscle form in an instance, there are some panels where it indicates she grows/hulks out into that form but its not drawn.
