Uneven Sized Girl (BE, head, arm, hand, and feet expansion)
Here's a picture that I recently had commissioned of an uneven sized girl looking quite worried by her new size. No process, but the changes in size are definitely noticeable in this picture.

Interesting and creepy, but not in an ugly way. I like it. It's easy to take this kind of idea and make it look bad or horrible, it's hard to make it look good.
