Actually, I think it's from the show in the later seasons. I remember seeing a video clip of the same monster turning into some kind of ball and almost crushing Sailor Moon to death.

That was a different monster.
That show had a surprising amount of sexy monster ladies.

You are correct! There is deflation in the clip with said second balloon monster and I have it...but I need to convert it from .flv first...
