I’ve found an Episode of True and the Rainbow Kingdom (Netflix Original Series) That has a inflation scene.

In Season 3 Episode 4 of True and the Magic Kingdom Call: ‘The Big Green Bounce’, a green liquid inflates some of the citizens, including the princess Grizelda into white, spotted bouncy balls.
