GeGeGe No Kitaro (Extreme WG disease)
Found this on Youtube just now. It is from an anime series called "GeGeGe No Kitaro" in its 80th episode. According to the description of the clip, the woman shown in it is infected by a disease that makes a person sluggish and extremely fat.
