Over the manga he gets changed twice, but the one in this chapter is a blink-and-he-missed-it. There might be one more halfway decent TG, but it's short enough that it'd be the opener, if anything. And that's assuming they don't make it a blink as well, as it happened pretty much between pages.

At the end it said to be continued. So I hope we get to see residence episode 3. If the next one does come out it will be F2F only like in the manga.

Just watched it and didn't see any process of any kind. It's basically the girl's backstory and how she came to have the powers she has. She has sex with her Dad and she switches to her older form but with zero process. Seems only the first episode is going to be the only one worth watching. =(
