Digital coming to life.
I found this series which is about female characters from a video game coming out of the game into reality and cause havoc.

There's also one called "A.I. Love You" from the same guy who created "Love Hina" that I saw the other day at a bookstore (and almost bought).

You know I'm amazed no one mentioned Weird Science or the Lawnmower Man. I don't know are you cats only focusing on manga?

Manga and anime tend to be the main focus in this forum, plus its amazing.

I'm not 100& familiar with it, but I believe Video Girl Ai was about something along these lines. Might be worth looking into.
