Not really much process but Upload has a TG scene in episode 5. Kid's digital avatar isn't aged up to his real age of 18. He gets a hack installed but its a female version so becomes his 18 year old female self.

It’s kinda crappy I saw the episode on amazon prime. I honestly thought it was a boy with boobs glued on. I hate when they choose lesbian looking females to appease male and female. If they would’ve put a sexy girl with long hair forget it the women would be screaming bloody murder.
