Ghosts?

I was playing around with this idea, but is there anything that involves a female ghost-like character? Someone who can turn invisible and walk through walls and stuff, but not be like belching fire or demonic or anything? Just wondering...

There was the season 2, i think, episode of buffy in which everyone turned into their halloween costume, and Willow, not wanting to be seen in the slutty costume she originally chose, stuck a sheet over her head to become a ghost only to later become an actual intangible ghost who was also wearing the slutty costume she was trying to avoid being seen in in the first place. Or something. That's the first thing that comes to my mind. The ep was called Halloween funnily enough.

Ah, there was a game for the PS2 called "Ghost Hunter" it involved a police officer becoming a ghostbuster of sorts after he accidentally releases a horde of them, and in the process becomes possessed by a female ghost that you can make come out of him at specific areas to perform different tasks, typically a puzzle of some sort, it's been a while, so I don't recall if she was truly intangible or not.
