Loss of Intelligence
Usually this is combined with bimbo transformations, but I found this Totally Spies episode on youtube where Sam gets her intelligence stolen. I know there's some stuff of this nature on Nomdreserv's website and MC archive but I'm just curious to see if anybody knows of more.
