The numbers at the top seem to be height in millimetres, while the bottom number seems to be the scale. 4.00 = 1/4 scale, and so on.
Glad I found something new ^__^

This is insanely cute. The videos are going to be immediately kept safe in my hard drives.
By the way, maybe I am wrong, but it looks like these videos are generated with some kind of software with predesigned characters and/or preprogrammed movements. In such case, I am very interested to learn more about it, so if someone knows about the software, any further information would be highly appreaciated.
