Upcoming Film - Shorts

[Case Scenario]

"Shorts" apparently involves a stone falling from the sky which has the power to grant wishes. The trailer includes a few scenes which might interest the community, though since it's a kids movie (by the director of "Spy Kids," no less) we probably shouldn't expect anything all that great. The man/woman fusion looks interesting, though.

Reminds me a little bit of the fusion in "Freaked" - albeit a little faster and less messy.

He also directed Sin City, Desperado and half of Grindhouse(the good half, Planet Terror). It's Robert Rodriguez, he knows how to bring the goods.

Depends on who the goods are being delivered to. But no, you're right, he's a solid director. And "Spy Kids" had a bunch of people being transformed in various ways, so who knows?

the first Spy Kids was a terrific family film. The sequels took the idea overboard...but this looks cute and entertaining, so...hopefully it'll turn out good.
