In Response to Lorekeep:Sharing the burden of creating new content sounds like an excellent thing, Keith. Unless you mean sharing material. Then you're missing the whole point of everything that is trying to be accomplished here.
__________________Accomplishing a profit from not letting anyone see something as a finished work who can't or won't donate? If it makes more artists share more content great,my point was all people think of anymore is profit, even if it's $5 ,Paypal isn't everybodys friend ,I'd buy it ,but the only way I could is through a money order, and sharing content is what a community(is a sharing thing) is all about ...you lose money if no one buys it...so anyone who doesn't buy it won't see it....your the one whose offering without a look see at the merchandise in total only a pic or two big deal....anyway when your comic is old someone will post it somewhere anyway...it happens to all copyrighted material LOL...Dreamtales I hope you make millions...great artwork ! I'm hoping to get my $5 sent out once I get my check card. Stupid bank doesn't trust me. I'm really looking forward to this though.

Re: Suzy & Frank II: Marilyn Strikes Back!
I've got my copy, and it was worth the money I paid for it--which was willingly more than the meager $5 requested. Though I am not into the SM thing, the SW stuff is so fantastic, and so is the quality of artwork, that it was well worth it. I honestly feel that it was worth at least $15-$20.
For those of you who are not into SM and saying you will not buy it, you are missing out. The parts that are just SW (two women!!!) are worth at least the $5. And finally, in keeping with DreamTales' wishes, I hope this does not get posted for free. It would be one thing if DreamTales himself had done the artwork, but he put up a hefty sum of his own money and comissioned this fantastic work. He doesn't have to share it at all. I equate paying for it to buying any other comic book. It would be wrong to just photocopy or scan a store-bought comic book for yourself, so why should this be any different? |

Re: Suzy & Frank II: Marilyn Strikes Back!
Suzy & Frank II: Marilyn Strikes Back is now complete! For those of you who have paid, you should have received the remaining pics by now. If you have NOT received the final pics (there are 19 pages in all), please email or PM me.
I would like to sincerely thank all of you that sent money to buy the comic. It takes a certain degree of faith to send money to an email address on the internet and hope that you get something in return. I hope you enjoyed the story and artwork (I know it?s hard to keep everyone satisfied). I am particularly grateful to those of you who voluntarily donated additional funds. Your support really means a lot to me! For those of you interested in keeping count, I have recouped around $500 of the $700 cost, so I think it?s been worth it. I will be doing more comics, and will let you know when they are available. I hope to have the entire comic available for sale on Lorekeep?s Process Productions Website shortly. So if you prefer to buy anonymously, this may be the way to go. Of course you can still buy the comic by sending $5 (or more, if you?re so inclined) to my PayPal address at : dreamtales@hotmail.com Thanks again, DreamTales |
