Holy crap is this creepy, but it has huge potential for facial process, not just for face swaps, but by transforming the facial mesh in real-time, also for facial TF and things like nose or eye changes. I think something like this has been posted before using movie frames to approximate facial positions, but this has far more interesting process applications when perfected.
