Hando Herudo is the name. Possibly one of the best shrunken woman mangas out there due to the artist's absolute magic touch with the way the cloth looks and girth of things.

The artist of Hand Held has a few other nice manga that feature noticeable size differences (although sadly not size CHANGES), and I'm not just talking about the one with the guy fantasizing about his sister's feet. There's an especially nice one that features a half-sized guy getting, shall we say, "romanced" by his twin sweethearts. As Lorekeep says, his sense of scale and the detail of his work set him above the rest.

good... God!!! That has got to be the single best SW manga that I have ever seen!!! If it's a re-post, it's new to me, but I'm am sooo glad that it was!!! And there's even an English scanslation! Somebody pinch me!

Sorry to double post to bump (I know how that can annoy people), but It's been weeks, and I would have thought this be in the Notable Cont. section by know. Even Lore said it's one of the best he'd ever seen!
