Help finding a clip?

It's a pretty old one I think, but a girl is in bed and a guy force feeds her something that causes her to gain weight very quickly and then the guy leaves through the window.

Anyone know what I'm talking about? I remember seeing it awhile ago, but can't seem to find it again.

It sounds like Tengai Makyou IV, which had a cutscene along those lines. Look familiar?
