Found this a while back and PM'd it to Shadow, but it doesn't look like it's been posted yet. So, I guess I'll put it here.

The artist is Morris, who is no stranger to process-ish stuff.

From what I can gather, the one-shot centers around a young wife who's been married for a few years and wants kids. Something's preventing her from getting pregnant (it seems) or it's possible that her husband has fertility/erectile issues, so she makes a 'meal' of all sorts of strange other-worldly flora and fauna that is apparently supposed to help with fertility in males. The rest you can kinda figure out yourself as you read on.

Initial Male AR is off-camera, but more happens at the end.

Yeah, this is actually a big fetish combo of mine (male AR + straight shotacon with an older girl + unbirth to pregnancy). Up until I found this manga I had only read a few stories dealing with it from the AR Archive that were worth the read.

And did you mean more of the fetishes involved or just more by Morris?

Bakunyuu Fullnelson did a Male AR of Michael from Macross Frontier that I posted here a while back. Unbirthing, however, is a rarer fetish in hentai form (especially when it involved actual pregnancy/returning to pregnancy), so I can't help you there. Morris also did an Male AR story that Shadow posted a long time back called 'Maiden Heaven' (?'Made in Heaven'?) that dealt with a less femdom idea of a wife screwing her AR'd husband. Of course, it also included Penis-Expansion for the enyouthened husband. I used to have it, and I don't know if Shadow's link for the download still works.

As for process-y stuff by Morris, I'd suggest Magiko Mama (I think that's the title). It centered around a mother who was a magical girl/witch who could revert to a teenager to go to school with her son (read: wincest story).
