Shadow0000 posted the raws quite a while ago and I though I may as well bring up how Twilight scans will translating it to english.
They recently translated chapter 47. The last page of 47 is the official start of the arc where the SW occurs. The process in question will take place in chapter 49. So be on the look out for the english version. Here is the raw page |

like Jitensha says its a chinese scan. Also Twilight have released chapters 48 and 49. I`m reading. |
