Artist with dececnt prices.

Look I have searched alot on furaffinity and deviantart but most of the artist that fit in my budget are closed for commissions or arent doing them anymore.

I'll be frank with you, an 8-panel page(especially trying to find a composition that is both quick to produces -and- look nice for that count of panel), inked won't find you many artists under 30$. Or even under 50$.

I know people who charge a 50$ page for just sketches and they are considered "cheap" artists.
You have to find someone for whom this is not a main source of income, and even then a lot of these folks(especially since they then -do- have a job) will still value their free time and will thus wishes that time spent on art commissions be "worth" not taking that free time to relax instead.

well there are artists who do comics, but they make not so good art, and still charge alot
