AR/AP scenes in the new Negima!? anime
Currently airing in Japan, the new Negima!? anime is a retelling of the old manga/anime. So far it seems to be focusing more on the relationship between Negi and his vampiric student Evangeline, which works out well for you guys.
In the second episode, Eva has three age-changing transformations - two from adult to child, and one from child to adult. It's highly likely, given the slant of the series, that there will be more along this line later on. |

And I was right - there's yet another AR scene in the third episode, and it's possibly the best one yet.

There are other scenes in the anime to my knowledge that should have AP and AR as well. Which is an homage to Melmo because they are using blue and red candies to change their apparent age. That is if the anime follows the manga and that is the case so far it has.

Ok, I'm a little confused. This is a "new" version of which you speak? I found a third episode on youtube, but unless I blinked it was more about a love potion than an AR. I got distracted a couple of times, but... You tell me...
Is that an old version? Is there a remake being broadcast in Japan now? Any way to see it? |

Let me answer myself. Yes, there is a new Negima. It seems to be called NEGIMA!?
Here is a link to a so-so raw version episode 3. I'm not too impressed with the AR. |

;P - Yes, I'm just surprised that they redid it.
Oh, I very much appreciate the post, I just wish she was more aware of her changes. So, there are supposed to be more AP/AR's in the series!? Here's something else that would help and I'm guilty of it too... Titles are easier to understand if they have quotes around them. Thanks again! |

Anyway, Eva is the main source for AP/AR through her magic, but there probably won't be much more of it. They may eventually get around to the pills you mentioned, but I'm not sure. |

Man, I hope they do get to the magic candy! Melmo's magic pills rock! Don't YOU wish you had some? (For those who don't know who Melmo is, just search for Marvelous Melmo, ふしぎなメルモ, Fushigi na Merumo, or I Bon Bon di Magici di Lilli Those in Italy can get this REEEAAAAAL easy and cheap. We can't.) |
