I have a question about Vidown.com

You know how it says on every clip store, "Your order number will remain valid for 4-5 days. You may download your purchase as often as you wish within that timeframe. Please do not share your number with others. All downloads are logged and checked for unauthorized access."
Does it mean after those days I bought something from there, I can't watch the clip again? Or after I bought it and downloaded the clip can I still watch after 3 to 4 days? I just bought some Clips from Missa X and taylormadeclips a few hours ago. Sorry, I'm new to Vidown.com.
Can someone help explain this to me?

I've never purchased any videos from vidown.com but what it sounds like to me is, when you purchase a video, you can download the video in a certain timeframe, then you can watch it any time you want for as long as you want. You have a copy on your own computer. You just can't download it again after the 4-5 day period, so make sure it's in a safe location, backed up if you don't want to lose it if your hard drive fails.
