Rapid Pregnancy in The First Omen
I'm surprised that I haven't seen anyone mention it...
The First Omen (2024) features a scene towards the end where... *SPOILER!!!* . .. ... The main character realizes that (basically) she's been impregnated by the devil, and she begins to undergo a rapid pregnancy. There's plenty of shots of her belly swelling up, probably one of the best scenes I've seen in a modern movie. *END SPOILERS!!!* Since the movie is on streaming now, I recommend checking out the scene. The movie was decent, too.

If you are in the US, it is on Hulu.
Also, the scene isn't very long. It is short.
