I saw this on TV too. Beautiful, really just beautiful. I'm one of those BE fans that prefers implants over "magic" and stuff, and this is just up my alley.

Hmm...I'd give it A+ for the boobs, that's some amazing work
However, other than her boobs, I'd give her a B-. Personal preference, she's pretty, but not extremely so.
