ok, i'm suprized no one has mentioned this. around book 33 of the series, roughly chapter 347 A special mushroom is introduced. for every centimater long it is, the eater will become that old. so if it was only 3 centimeters long you woul become 3 years old

That was my first ever read of Ranma.

Technically, there is a female aspect to it when you consider that Ranma turns into a girl, and at is at least once a little girl Ranma in that particular story.
