Pox Nora card.
It reminds me of an old Magic: The Gathering card called Transmutation I think.
Anyway, is this stretching it for even bothering to post? |

It is from the Pox Nora online card/strategy game. The card is called Taint. The flavor text is...
"It is really only the act of Changing that hurts...I think you'll find that your sense of pain is quite different once you're finished" You use it on a deployed champion to change its race to Draksar, which is basically a lizard man type character. As well as the racial bonuses that come with it. |

the card turns a creature into a draconian, Its basically the aftermath of what happened to ah uman land started turing creatures itno dragon hybrids to adapt and survive
