Been told by therapist that I need to chronicle changes. Thought that if I am going to do so I might as well do it in such a way that at least somebody gets enjoyment out of it. Even it is just for a few wankers. Don't know if this would even bee interesting to you guys, or if I should move it to AP or TG

It started with my nipples feeling more irritable, though this irritabillity comes and goes. Shirts would rub them wrong qnd I would...get distracted. This was soon followed by occasional pains in that area. They were not strong enough to prohibit activities but they were sharp and annoying. My areola and nipples were getting larger, an about three weeks ago I noticed that a small mound had formed that did not extend past the areola. At the time my nipples could be almost flat against my mosquito bites, but when stimulated even by something as slight as a shirt tubing against them would pop up.

Now the areola is about as broad as my thumb, the mound extends a little bit past the areola, the nipples are raised enough during the relaxed position that if I wear the thin work shirt I can notice them if I look for them. When they get bothered (say by brushing against something) they become obvious. The other style of work shirt I suspect to be made of burlap and is absolute torture. To compensate I tried bandaging them down, but that led to heat rash, so I now have a sports bra.

I was born male, and am essentially going through a second puberty.
