It's midnight. I'm laying on my front lawn in a bra and underpants. I can't get anywhere in my apartment below about 90°F.

I put a room air conditioner in my bedroom window. It's feelin' pretty nice in my room now.

Step 1) Fill tub with water
Step 2) Put ice into said tub until it reaches desired temperature. Don't make it TOO cold, hypothermia isn't fun. Step 3) Enjoy a nice ice bath
