Occlus Rift VR sex game - the answer to decently fulfilling our fetishes?

So a Japanese Occlus Rift game/sex toy called Ju-C Air is being released and have released this hilarious yet promising official trailer.

Opinions? I personally see this as a viable way to RP for many things this sub dabbles in. Growth is prevalent in the trailer. But with modding anything could be possible, even tf and such (though it would take a skilled modeler and animator). Think this is going to be part of the future?
