I know it sounds greedy and all.. but does anyone know of more stories with stuff like this? Things like someone or something is controlling their arms?

Admittedly, it's more of a subconscious hint of her feelings, which she didn't admit until :

And Dear old Bottom-Lefty continued to be the embodiment of Heather's true feelings until the unfortunate critical mass of her powers, resulting in, well... She lost all but two of her arms.

In the latest chapter (either a dream or just an AU parodying anime/manga tropes) Spinny-chan lectures her mom (played by SuperMILF) for doing 'naked apron' with Spinny's top and middle left arms pointing at her mom while Bottom Lefty gives a thumb's up.
