Filling the Ranks (GTS,Shrinking Man,slow)

This story has taken me 4 YEARS to make (You might have seen old versions of the first few dozen image back then, but the story stopped before any action started...).
4 years, man, I'm getting old...

For those who care, let me give you some history (otherwise, jump a little ahead, under the line):
Years ago, I thought I'd make a little story. I had worked on 'Just a little bit' for a while by that point, and wanted a little story to take my mind off of it. I ended up starting two stories: 'Money and Power' - which I completed, and 'Filling the Ranks' - which got a few dozen images, and was unceremoniously dropped. Why? Mainly because I didn't have much time, and as I looked down the road of the plot I had in mind, it was too long, and I couldn't spend that kind of time on what was then supposed to be a free story.

But now, sadly, I'm unemployed, and have been for a pretty long while. So suddenly, I had time. But it was still a very big project (ended up 384 images, and it could have been more, I held back). So the only way I could justify spending all this time (instead of, say, doing commission work, or working a real life part-time job while I was searching for a new career), was if I made this pay content. Sorry, but I have to eat.

That said, I do want to show my appreciation to those who motivated me by commenting. So despite what I said, I want to give free copies to everyone who commented on this thread during 2011-2014. I've already sent PMs to them all. Just my little way of giving back. And before anyone else asks: No, commenting now will NOT get you a free copy...

The story focuses on private Anne Torres - a small woman (150cm~4'11"), on her first assignment from basic training (aka boot camp). She meets a sympathetic lieutenant, a hard-ass sergeant, and later, a female doctor. Things change when a strange enemy virus starts affecting the troops, shrinking the men, and making the women grow.

Basically, this little woman shows up in a military camp, and a big angry sergeant torments her, trying to get her to leave. But then she grows, and he shrinks, and tormenting her isn't quite so easy anymore...
And of course, as always in my stories, couples get together, and have some hot steamy fun with each other, as their sizes change (the sizes swap, and even beyond that).

As a female that served 10 years in the Marine Corps, I would love to see where this goes. By the way, nice touch having the sergeant stand with his want behind his back when he was talking to the Lt.

I'm very glad to get compliments from someone who has lived in this scenario.
I do my best to make it as realistic as a shrink/growth story can be.

This. I was hoping precisely this would happen during the initial planning thread. Realism ftw.

Looks good so far, Dave; I also enjoy seeing that someone who has been in this scenario is commenting on the realism of your work. It sort of makes supporting your efforts all feel worthwhile to see them validated like that.

EDIT: How did I miss this in the first panel? Did you shell out for Colossalis? If so, good move...

I had to remove the old images, because the quality was lower than the completed story, and I didn't want people to get a poor impression.
