I hope you don't mind me making multiple suggestions:
Sailor Mercury transformed into a mermaid.

Batman and Robin (Damien Wayne) transformed into busty women.

Tai from Digimon transformed into a Renamon.

Kirito from SAO transforming into a cow.

If you do mind the multiple suggestions, Just pick your favorite and draw that.

wyvern figurehead at the back of the vessel.
