I think she just seems like she gets a little bigger but it's a kewl clip since you don't see too many mainstream unbirthing scenes. This is from American Gods, a new show on Starz. Also she seems a little younger looking after the act so I guess it's AR too.

in the mind of the visual effects designer, it was a growing/shrinking process.
