At 1:25 of the trailer. Muriel Bagge gets poofed into a fish. Although, given that it's Scooby-Doo. We'll just have to wait and see whether or not that it was just special effects.

And this is a crossover with Scooby-Doo. Meaning we've yet to see if this transformation is real or not.

There was a particular haloween episode in old scooby episode about them visiting Dracula's castle(the real one, not a guy in a costume) and it had lots of real transformations, even a permenant one in the end where the villainess of the episode(who herself is inspired by Zatanna) transformed into a frog.
