Ok, I'd like to be more positive about this stuff, but I can't. Tara's clips are just utter crap. She doesn't show any process at all, unless you call a lens flare process, and it's not even a mermaid lower half, just a green dress and a blonde wig. For $20 you better be showing off some nice stuff, but again it's just her rolling around on the couch for 15 minutes with some moaning and some odd looks on her face after she becomes a "mermaid". Nothing Tara has ever done has impressed me at all. I guess you could say it's supposed to be more psychological and whatnot, but I want to see some process for the money I'm spending. A quick cut or a dissolve isn't going to cut it. Taylor and Gary for instance at least buy props, take time to edit their clips well, and take suggestions and for the most part, pull off what they try to accomplish to a high enough degree that if they want to charge me $20, I feel it's worth it. I mean come on, Mood Boobs was $20 and it was probably the best BE film ever made to date by such a small group of people. I know it takes a lot to get to that sort of quality, but even some effort can do well if they put effort into it. Tara never does anything of the sort and charges crazy prices for her clips. Transformation? No. Overpriced video of a half naked woman on a couch? Yes. If that's up your alley, don't let me dissuade you, but I'm not throwing any more money at her until her product is worth it. My two cents. Take care.
