I ran across this on Metamorphose:

"Witches of East End had a character that transformed from a rat to a woman and back a few times during Episode 4 Season 2, The Brothers Grimoire. Like Wendy (who transforms into a cat in many episodes), she is always naked when she transforms back into a woman. The best transformation is the one right at the beginning. I had checked this show out before but in the first season all Tfs were offscreen. Now they are partially onscreen, and they are interesting. Mostly just a morph effect but more than just your average effect. I know for certain there is a cat tf right at the beginning of the first episode of the second season, and the rat one is pretty cool.
