What if the deathnote was another type of note?

What if the deathnote was another type of note when Light found and Ryuk was another kind of god? Post anything that you can think of give a sort idea of what this note does that isn't a deadnote.

Foodnote: A Note that can turn anyone whose name is written into something to eat, the person using the note must write what
the person will turn into, otherwise they turn into an apple.

Like a Lownote, shrinks the person whos name is written.
Highnote should be obvious.
Flipnote, gender reverse.
Backnote, age regresses the person named, if nothing else is written they return to 1 year.
Forwardnote, age progression, nothing else but the name means they age 10 years.
Lovenote... nahh.

I was expecting a musical note that kills anyone who hears it.
