Stabilized animation

Hey there, so I found this animation over on Deviantart, by Mstubebe, but it was incredibly wobbly.

So i decided to stabilize it, downsize it by 70% and plop it here.... OH! I also added the loop designation to it so it loops instead of just ending after playing once.
