All I can tell you is it says "Tozuchin" in the bottom left corner. I suspect that is the artist's name, but I can't be certain.

The name of the artist is Upiwo. All of his art is busty and most of it is BE.
I don't know about a website, but Capt. Anime has a whole folder devoted to him: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/captan...guid=238310286
He's all of the BE

Well, there once was a Website of Upiwo's. Anyone here recall whether his was one of the Japanese sites that the artists shut down precisely because people were reposting their work without permission?

Yeah, I heard of it. The yahoo group owner said it himself about a fight he had with Upiwo. Well its understandable how a artist would feel about their work being reposted over and over without their permission. Same case like CattyN, people kept pissing them off by reposting their art without permission until they finally lose their patiences..I don't blame them..

if people reposted my work over and over all over the place without my permission as well, it would piss me off beyond anything.

Personally I don't get the problem with having my stuff posted everywhere. That is of course unless it is pay material. The only way I ever found Catty N was from illegitimate postings of their stuff. If you sign your moniker to it clearly (and don't use your real name for pete's sake) then I just don't see why it can't be shared outside of your site. (yes, even to the point of being ridiculed).

That said I do respect other artist's rights to privacy.
