Little Monster (Clothing TF)

Kinda throwing this in here for completion's sake, but I'm surprised no one has mentioned this movie yet. The premise is that there is an alternate dimension of monsters, who's goal is to cause mischief and get kids into trouble, connected to the underside of all beds. It even stars Fred Savage and Howie Mandel!
The TF comes into play twofold; If a child stays too long in the monster world, they become a monster themselves, and if a bright light is applied to a monster, their body vanishes and becomes one with their clothes, in addition, if struck by even brighter light, say sunlight, they mutate from brief exposures and die from longer ones.
Now, in the movie, there's little actual female process aside from some of the female monsters getting "clothesified" and even that isn't too good.

I remember the movie, but not any of the female monsters turning into clothes.

Also if someone stays in the under the bed area long enough, they become monsters also or so it was implied.
