Could BE New?

Long-time lurker, first-time potential contributor. I did a quick search and couldn't find this posted anywhere, and as far as I know it isn't paid content or anything like that. If it's extremely old/has been posted ten times, I'm ready for ya'll to bring the flames.

This is a Dragonball Z quickie, and I can't find anything other than this one page. I can't for the life of me figure out this here uploading stuff, so here's the link:
